Background

Prestained Protein Marker (Triple color, EDTA-free, 10-250 kDa) is a defined protein ladder consisting of recombinant proteins covalently labeled with three distinct color dyes. It provides visible molecular weight standards ranging from 10 kDa to 250 kDa, characterized by nine blue bands, a red band marking 70 kDa, and a green band at 25 kDa. This molecular weight marker facilitates the monitoring of protein separation during SDS-PAGE, verification of protein transfer efficiency in Western blot assays, and visualization of protein size. Its EDTA-free formulation is specifically compatible with Phosbind SDS-PAGE(F4002) procedures and fluorescent membrane imaging analyses.
